I have successfully led the transition of RSA Endpoint, a legacy product, to RSA Netwitness, a modern and scalable platform that provides comprehensive security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, and XDR.As a Senior Engineering Manager at RSA Security, I am responsible for delivering new features, enhancements, and architecture for the Netwitness platform, using Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies. I also manage a team of highly qualified architects and developers, providing them with technical guidance, performance management, mentoring, and coaching. Additionally, I have deep expertise in CI/CD and automation, which enables me to drive efficiencies and quality processes across the product lifecycle.
