Scaled our client onboarding, management and support operations to serve over 10k clients and 100k users. Worked across departments to ensure a client-centric organization remained the focus for our rapidly scaling organization.

Early-stage work with developers, designers, founders and clients to ensure product development and agile processes were executed efficiently. Worked with in house and outsourced team members to hit product goals, alongside being Head of Client Success.

As the first full-time hire at Ninety, my job was wearing many hats that a title can't fully convey.
