Transport Manager
CurrentI’ve spent the last six years as a manager in two fast moving companies. I’ve grown my career from driver to manager and have achieved a third level Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, as well as obtaining an International CPC license. I have developed comprehensive problem-solving skills and am naturally a great people person with an ability to communicate clearly to my target audience. Customers, management, and staff gravitate to my positive friendly open nature along with my acute attention to detail and ability to plan efficiently to suit all parties. Compliance, H&S and Quality is a core belief of mine, I recently created a role and developed/coached an employee to become a compliance officer. I’m very proud to have helped project managed and executed a large seamless warehousing move which considered both employee’s and business needs. I’ve been very comfortable with all systems I’ve encountered; I love analyzing data and creating easy to read reports that all can use to achieve effective methods to move the business forward. I’ve proved I can perform at a higher level when deputizing for next level and that is where my career and ambition is heading.
