Nathan Webb began his executive search career in 2003. While specializing in product development and engineering searches, he quickly became a successful recruiter. He was recruited to National Search Associates in 2006 and has established himself as a key resource for our Medical Device clients in need of engineering talent. After three successful years he wanted to be able to expand his fields of expertise and has moved to Qualstaffresources. There he is able to specialize in all aspects of engineering as well as several other technical positions. His outgoing personality naturally helps Nathan get to know people and he prides himself on building lasting relationships. He understands the nature of the industry and what it takes to get his candidates and clients to that next step in their professional career. With his team he is able to provide every client with personal attention and energy they require and deserve.Nathan, a San Diego native, has a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from California State University, San Marcos. He enjoys working out, playing a variety of sports, and playing with his English bulldog Moses.
