Responsible for analyzing, validating, understanding the impact, obtaining proper approvals, and processing of all sales adjustments in Time & Labor, PeopleSoft non-revenue and Billing pages. Assign and/or resolve sales adjustment cases accurately according to service level agreements. Track all cases in HEAT software program according to processes and procedures. Assist requestors with questions regarding sales adjustments including, forms, approvals, and status.

Responsible for performing high standard quality assurance and audit control process on a daily basis for New Hires, New Sold Cases, My Benefits and customized paper enrollment material. Verify all documentation is properly constructed, supported, and communicated to management. GSI case production, assembly and mailing for both standard and customized cases. Oversee the production, assembly and mailing of enrollment materials for both new cases and new hire cases. Provide direct support and creation of all customized enrollment kits. Provide ongoing support to account managers during enrollment period such as duplicate requests, adding in additional employees and re-quoting rate files as needed. Coordinate printing of materials with Publishing Services Print Shop.

Responsible for the development and coordination of reports for the firm’s Order to Cash Department while meeting strict deadlines. Created ad-hoc and standardized reports by pulling data from various sources including Peoplesoft FS, Peoplesoft HR, and Crystal Reports from Recruitmax and organized that data into Excel spreadsheets, using Pivot Tables, Pivot charts and various other Pie Charts and Line Graphs and PowerPoint slides for senior management in the form of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytical reports delivered to Management and Executives. Developed operational metrics to enhance company reporting efficiency and to identify and communicate performance issues and risks to Management team. Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis to help assess and identify fluctuations.
