Managed and conducted global investigations into potential company policies, regulations, and applicable law violations. Successfully implemented the company’s first-ever automated Third-Party Diligence Screening and Monitoring system, covering over 30,000 vendors. Led the post-acquisition integration of the Ethics & Compliance Hotline and reporting systems for 15,000 employees, developing detailed allegation and misconduct trend metrics. Additionally, oversaw comprehensive global Ethics & Compliance training, incorporating investigative findings to enhance compliance efforts.

Sole full-time personnel dedicated to managing the company’s compliance and ethics program, responsible for ensuring adherence to federal, state, and international regulations, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC), antitrust, and trade compliance laws. Developed and implemented a corrective action plan at a manufacturing facility based on regulatory findings and directed an inventory verification system to account for over 2.9 million dosage units, achieving a final variance of less than 0.1%.

Oversaw the planning, execution, and review of over 250 combat operations in a challenging wartime environment. Planned and executed operations that resulted in a 300% increase in threat reporting a 200% increase in insurgent captures and an 80% reduction in direct attacks on coalition forces.

Led a five-person detachment supporting 1,600 personnel during Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Served as the lead security officer responsible for protecting unmanned aerial vehicles, refueling and reconnaissance aircraft, and multiple coalition tactical fighter squadrons, acting as the senior representative to host nation security and police forces. Selected by senior officers to command a wartime detachment, becoming the youngest officer to achieve this distinction in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Conducted over 120 audits and investigations of facilities and personnel to ensure compliance with wartime operational standards.

As the Branch Chief for General Crimes and Fraud Investigations, led investigations impacting Air Force active and reserve readiness.
