• Responsible for the integration of 5 subsystems, through respective subject matter experts, to manage the mission critical Combat System on board a United States Navy ship.
• Analyze the effects of a loss of subsystems and its repercussions on the overall system.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel working within the Combat system, by reviewing schematic diagrams and technical drawings prior to maintenance, installations or troubleshooting procedures.
• Conduct on-station training for personnel in regards to quality assurance, safety and interpretation of technical documentation and schematics.
• Report to Commanding Officer via written and oral means with status of the system and updates on current troubleshooting efforts.
• Pinpoint necessary improvements in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of future builds and the longevity of installed equipment with submission of Feedback Reports.

• Subject matter expert of the instrumental Aegis, Ballistic Missile Defense, Computer and Display subsystems. Supervised, trained and evaluated 8 technicians in operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of the Aegis.
• Recognized expert of subsystem that includes, but not limited to: Military grade data computers, Cisco routers, switches, fiber optics, display equipment and all associated peripherals.
• Training leader who developed the training plan to ensure divisional weekly training is conducted for 21 technicians on the system topics requiring attention.
• Responsible for scheduling all preventative maintenance with in periodicity, quality control and assurance and evaluation of all subordinates.

• Entrusted as sole coordinator of contractor installations, modifications and repairs for an extended shipyard repair period.
• Conducted 500+ Work Authorization Forms, from 19 contracting companies with zero incidents of personnel safety or damage to equipment.
• Approving official on all jobs; tasked with auditing work descriptions and technical drawings to determine project safety by utilizing risk management.
• Coordinated ship alterations increasing the longevity of equipment and reduce risk of system degradation.
