As an entrepreneur, former chef, former Marine, husband, and father of three, I get what it’s like to navigate the pressures men face in the roles they play in all areas of their lives. I am passionate about encouraging and challenging men to be the leaders they are called to be and to equip them with the tools to do it. My journey as a coach started in 2016 when I ran his first Spartan race. I realized that just like in this race life has obstacles that men have to overcome and that they need a tribe of men to help them overcome those obstacles. As I have developed my coaching skills, I decided that I would do just that. I have led men both through a local small group and in my coaching biusiness, where men were trained to not only be able to overcome the obstacles that they would face in a spartan race, but in the race of life. Always leading from two verses from 2 Timothy “The Bible is good for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training. 17 So that the men of God may be complete and fully equipped to do good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17This verse is the foundational verse of my coaching and the trail markers system that I use. Just like the bible, life has trail markers that teach us what path we are to follow, calls us out when we get off the path, corrects us and help us get back on the path and then trains us how to stay on the path. So that you can be the leader you are created to be.
