As a Product Owner, I'm the champion and point person for two of LashBack's services. Within this role, I gather and report bugs/issues/features to our development team, help answer questions with product expertise, and work closely across departments to prioritize service tickets and provide updates on any changes.

• Account Manager/Client Services Team Lead/Product OwnerAs a Senior Client Services Manager, my primary responsibilities pertain to developing and maintaining strong client relationships.How I help LashBack grow:
• Proactively research and analyze client data to provide useful insights into each client's email compliance and/or email marketing strategy.
• Conduct training and strategic conversations to make sure clients are actively engaged in our services, while using their strategic goals to help provide useful marketing metrics for future growth.
• Participating in client meetings by visiting offices or meeting up at conferences to build rapport and solidify relationships.
• As the Client Services Team Lead, I act as the daily point person for all team members within Client Services. I help answer questions and lead colleagues to success. I work closely and report weekly with the Director.

• As an Email Analyst, my duties involve analyzing client data to report compliance issues and suggest marketing strategies.Responsibilities include:
• Review client data and report compliance and CAN-SPAM issues.
• Gather data across email verticals and report observations on the current market.
• Work closely with Client Services Managers to help on training calls, account setup, and custom data analysis.
• Participate in client deep dives to further provide clients with actionable insights.
