I led the Developer Relations team at Fullstory. Our team was the vanguard of the product engineering group. We explored market-based opportunities to extend Fullstory to other platforms in coordination with our alliances and customer success groups. We built and deployed high-value solutions for our customers, partners, and developer community, with the goal of improving customer retention and growth.We launched four open source projects in Q2 of 2020, aimed at simplifying onboarding for customers using modern web frameworks (like React and Angular) as well as enhancing our data collection and integration capabilities. We also created multiple knowledge base articles, blog articles, and tutorial videos geared towards software engineers, one of Fullstory's target customers.I led the reboot of Fullstory's engineering blog (https://wpb.is/bionic), resulting in 26 new articles written by 21 Fullstory engineers over the course of 12 months, with a 730% increase in traffic year over year.

Defined the architecture and led the development of OutbackFreeSteaks.com, a four-day marketing event where Outback Steakhouse gave away a million free steak dinners on a first-come, first-serve basis. Traffic was driven to the site via a national TV advertising campaign. The site was built on top of Amazon Web Services using 500 web front-ends and two massive databases and supported 250k requests/minute.
