Conduct thorough job analysis, conceptualize graphic direction, and present visual options to clients seeking a full complement of agency services. Oftentimes, partner with larger clients' agencies and corporate marketing teams to correct graphics, layout, and compatibility issues to avoid unnecessary and costly production delays. Oversee the entire pre-press and production process including verification of materials, sending files to print, and managing post-printing customization. Quick to identify potential quality concerns and work directly with clients and/or agencies to rectify issues without delaying delivery.Designed and/or managed pre-press and production processes for a wealth of collateral and communication materials including brochures, advertisements, invitations, posters, postcards, signage, literature, booklets, magazines, and more.Regarded as a 'go-to' person when results were needed, demonstrating the ability and drive to meet and exceed accuracy and quality objectives; never fail to meet a deadline, ensuring the delivery of projects on-time and within budget.Served as the main liaison between internal and external project stakeholders, working in collaboration with Sales to support project execution, expedite processes, and ensure achievement of desired outcomes.Trained customer service representatives on pre-press functions to enhance in-house knowledge and information sharing; avoids potential delays caused by one person holding all required information to facilitate preflight operations.
