As the Business Development Manager of a residential architectural firm, my primary responsibilities were to expand and grow business relationships with residential developers and homebuilders. I represented JD+A to create and sustain a strong brand recognition with prospective and existing clients. In addition, I managed the entire proposal / RFP process including the creation, presentation, and negotiation of all contracts.
