After over a decade of working with large-scale arenas, stadiums, concert venues, and national sports teams, I have built the skills to handle just about any customer scenario. I have lead teams of over 100 individuals and trained departments on customer experience best practices. I passionately pursue excellence in the guest experience from start to finish. Simply put, customer experience is the retention business.
