I worked with Waracle as a Senior BA aligned to several projects and clients in various sectors, which allowed me to gather a wider experience of different organisations. I was involved in increasing the digital capabilities of Virgin Money in setting up its digital marketplace. From taking the initial requirements through to design and development. I was also involved in preparing and planning a PI planning session for the wider Omega project of which Marketplace was an element of.While with Scottish Power I was involved in improving their digital platform for energy-saving equipment like solar panels, heat pumps, and electric car chargers. I was also involved in a project for Sainsbury's Bank which allowed Argos customers to purchase items via credit option (Money Purchase Plan) and had created the initial scope and requirements for an interest-free option.I worked on a research project for Sunlife to identify a replacement system for their current marketing platform that was going out of support. This involved identifying the requirements and researching which solutions met these best and then engaging with the vendors to confirm and present a pack to Sunlife containing all the options with the pros and cons of each solution.

While at Scottish Widows I was involved in creating a digital platform for Corporate Pensions customers. I was involved from the initial concept of the product to the launch of the MVP to further enhancements and finally to the migration to the FNZ administration platform.I worked closely with the propositions team, operations, and developers in being able to create a backlog of requirements that met the needs of both business and technical stakeholders.I was also heavily involved in creating the data visulation tools for the project allowing the whole team to have up-to-date information on the performance of the platform from the number of users, location, and times of enrollment via tools like Tableau and Splunk.As the company started moving the pension platform system to FNZ I was involved in identifying all the fields used by the digital front end and was involved in mapping these to FNZ. I was also involved in supporting the migration to ForgeRock for login credentials and finding a solution to allow customers to use their existing credentials to log on with minimal effort and service interruption.

I changed the position from having 40% issued on time to over 95% being issued on time. • Managed team of 15 administrators to produce a higher volume of work, appraising, identifying training gaps and taking a group from different areas of the company with different skills and knowledge into a working team. • Engaged with IT into creating a new reviews system to allow more automation and allow a higher level of cases to be issued. • Reported on progress weekly to Head of Service and Managing Director on our progress against targets and had to explain any deviation from plan.
