Hello - thank you for visiting my LinkedIn profile!I've spent the first 10 years of my career in higher ed working on a handful of campuses in the Chicagoland area. Beginning in 2000 at Trinity International University as an admission and financial aid rep, I worked in the school’s REACH adult degree completion program assisting non-traditional learners navigate the application and financial aid process to finish their degrees in areas like business, psychology, and elementary education. The majority of my on-campus time was at Illinois Tech, starting as an undergraduate admission counselor and advanced to an associate director and marketing coordinator role. I then became the director of admission at Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business and increased enrollment by 20% in my first year. I then took my background in graduate enrollment to The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where I managed admission to their esteemed clinical doctoral program and served as the campus’s international admission rep. In early 2010, I branched out from being on-campus to an enrollment consultant role which allowed me to work with colleges and universities around the country. I've partnered with well over 75 institutions over the past twelve years guiding recruitment and enrollment strategies, implementing multichannel student search and application generation campaigns, and providing data-driven funnel qualification via predictive modeling.After twelve years with Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL), I began a new role as Senior Business Development Strategist at Spark451 in October 2022.I hold a BA in psychology from St. Norbert College (De Pere, WI) and MS in marketing communication from Illinois Tech’s Stuart School of Business (Chicago, IL). I grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin (Go Packers!) and currently live in Portland, Oregon with my daughter Alexandra and dog Champ.
