With a background in retail management and a passion for computer hardware, I have successfully pivoted to the IT sector as a Build Repair Technician at PEAKE Technology Partners. There, I perform new builds of both computers and servers, as well as troubleshoot damaged or malfunctioning hardware, ranging from simple re-images to internal wiring issues.I also handle mobile device management of client iPads, and resolve basic Apple software problems. Additionally, I have experience in providing over-the-phone and on-site tech support for clients in the private healthcare industry, covering issues such as password resets, site outages, and printer setups. I work to keep my knowledge up to date in both customer service and more technical fields. I am eager to progress my career into the Systems Administration field and have a strong interest in server and domain controller administration and repair.
