Oversight and process/tool creation for integrating external Optometry and Ophthalmology practices into a complex network of more than 70 practices across the eastern United States under consolidated platform practice brands in local market areas for company providing business and infrastructure support and services of practices. Manage full range of system and enterprise integrations, including accounts receivable/payable, product procurement, call center, information technology, software deployments and training, insurance credentialing verification, and financial systems. Provide cost savings analysis and proposals, as well as creation of process advancement and streamlining.
