Once, long ago in a magical place, I started my professional journey. It began as a line cook for Walt Disney World. Here I learned the true meaning of hospitality. This beginning of my journey taught me customer service, communication skills, collaboration, global fluency, and professionalism. The arrival of the coronavirus pandemic, caused me to rethink my life goals and the direction I wanted to head. Knowing, I completed a culinary trade school, with a 4.0 GPA, and was a sous-chef at the ripe age of 23.However, I was not satisfied, and felt a need to contribute to society in a larger way; thus began my journey into IT.I now have worked in the IT field for 3+ years, and now hold, a CompTIA, A+. Network+, Linux essential, and several private certifications, authorizing me to service, NetApp, and Pure-Storage servers.Moreover, I have reenrolled in college, with plans to receive, even more certification shortly.My overall dream is to achieve a masters in IT, in the hopes of one day helping implement or maintain a deep space network.
