I am a driven individual looking to challenge myself in an innovative and forward thinking area of the business. I hope to demonstrate my proactive approach to task management as well as a strong team ethic and desire to get involved to drive development in myself, colleagues and the products we offer.During my time working as a Product Owner I have gained an extensive knowledge of the development cycle and operating in an agile environment. This has encouraged me to acquire the PSPO I accreditation to further improve my application and understanding of scrum. What I most enjoy is translating the client requirements into user stories, leading to the co-development of ideas and a collaborative approach to problem solving.In prior roles I have been responsible for the delivery of impactful analytics to facilitate beneficial change. Being able to clearly understand the needs of both the business and client in order to present creative solutions in a meaningful way.Years of working in the customer service sector have allowed me to develop excellent,communication skills, so that I can effectively influence and inspire. Building strongrelationships with those around me to meet goals and promote growth.
