Reception Manager
Current*Efficiently manage and direct the reception team, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard, while providing training and support to meet practice objectives.*Serve as the main point of contact for external organisations, including local police, solicitors, DVLA, and other agencies, handling their requests confidentially, promptly and professionally.*Assist in coordinating temporary reception staff, ensuring adequate coverage during periods of leave and staff absences.*Deputise for the Assistant Practice Manager as needed, taking on additional responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
