Target Operating Model for TSB (Verde) Brand & Marketing department

Responsibility for defining the head office footprint for the divested Verde bank.

Business analysis for both the Customer and the Banking & Savings migrations for the Lloyds and HBOS migration.

I was a Business Analyst at Aviva for over 3 years, working on a large range of complex projects including:- Cost and Efficiency driven project- Mandatory changes (for example the recent Income Tax rate change)- Annual Statements production- Data Migration to a third party supplier- The current Norwich Union re-brand to Aviva for 1 JuneDuties and responsibilities included:- Management of own work load and time- Early shaping of a project including Cost/Benefit analysis- Initial and High Level requirements- Detailed requirements- Acceptance testing- Gathering business requirements through various methods including workshops, interviews, questionnaires, observation- Leading and championing change initiatives- Challenging requirements- Managing conflict- Working with and building relationships with a number of third party suppliers- Managing stakeholders at all levels- Cost management- Risk management- Issue Management- Supporting business users- End to end delivery responsibility- Mentoring and development of others- Estimating and planning own work.I opted to take voluntary redundancy in mid 2009 as I felt it was time for a new challenge and will leave the company on August 2 2009.

I was a member of the Aviva Life UK (then Norwich Union) graduate trainee programme from September 2004 to mid 2006.
