They offer a full range of employment solutions for area businesses and job seekers, including professional search, temporary/contract staffing, evaluation hire, and direct hire. For employers, Express provides solutions to HR challenges, including an HR hotline, HR compliance audits, employee handbook creation, organizational effectiveness surveys, onsite client training programs, and affirmative action plans. Our office achieved the Circle of Excellene Award and was ranked in the top 20% of all Express offices (approximately 600 offices), was a training office for new owners and I was selected to present on Sales and Territory Management to over 100 other business owners.

Was responsible for selling THINQ Software Products and Solutions to the NY Metro Area. Closed largest commercial deal in the Learning and Compliance Management market at that time. Was one of three “7" award winners at THINQ for closing at least one $1 million dollar+ sale in one year.

Worked as an Account Manager in the NY/NJ region. Increased sales of assigned accounts from $8,000,000/year to approximately $18,000,000/year. Represented complete Intel Server, PC and Hardcopy Product lines. Responsible for selling to "C" Level Executives in Fortune 500 accounts. Accepted position as Emerging Technology Specialist assisting manufacturing/marketing divisions brining new products to market. Products included, Capshare, Digital Senders and Multi-Function Devices. Exceeded growth forecasts and supported Northeast Region.

Originally hired as an inside sales professional in the Boston area to sell Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, APC and other computing technology and solutions. Responsible for making 110-120 sales calls each day to area businesses - exceeded quota each quarter. Promoted to re-open and manage the New York City office. Individually and the territory exceeded sales quota each quarter and was responsible for overall sales growth in excess of 130%.
