As the Manufacturing Team Leader, I play a key role in spearheading initiatives to develop and automate new production methods and techniques. Our primary developing a fully autonomous 3D printing service. This endeavour involves managing multidisciplinary teams of engineers and individuals, overseeing the setup and maintenance of industrial 3D printers, and establishing streamlined processes to optimize productivity and ensure seamless interaction with the printers.Looking to the future we are working towards integrating and deploying a similar system with our CNC mill to allow for automated delivery of custom components. Our team is built around integrating new technologies to improve upon existing methods. With this we have a significant focus on the integration of AI vision to improve the reliability and consistency of components both 3D printed and machined. Show less
