Lead and Manage the Techincal Training business unit within Hastings Deering. Responsible for 3 teams at 3 different locations, Brisbane, Rockhampton and Mackay. Responsible for the day to day operations of the HDIT Apprentice Development program. Leading a team of training professionals, we are delivering benchmark content to HD's apprentices to help build the Caterpillar Technicians of the future. Integrating CI and Lean process into the apprentice training facilities and team.

Responsible for the day to day running and support of the Technical Training Team at HDIT.

Conducted structured technical training on the full range of Caterpillar Off Highway Trucks, from 773's through to 797's. This included, development, organizing and delivery of training courses across all of HD's dealership network and customer locations.
