2015 - presentAs Creative Director of Mediaspace Solutions I am tasked with growing our talented team and program while continually improving our output and offerings. Our focus is centered on aligning our offerings with the creative needs of our clients. Whether we are performing simple ad resizing, consulting with agencies and advertisers alike on how to improve current art performance, or providing brand/market/demo research and complete ideation concept-to-page builds for new to market products, we always strive to provide compelling art that will drive consumer action and achieve the ROI our clients require. I value experience and believe our capabilities are only made stronger through continually testing and pushing our boundaries and expectations.2014 - 2015In 2014 I was promoted to Creative Manager of Mediaspace Solutions. In this role I built and managed the Creative Services program and oversaw a team focused on everything from client ad resizing efforts, creative consults/reviews, and complete concept-to-page advertising builds for National (Branding), DR, FSI, Direct-Mail, Digital, and Mobile campaigns. 2009 - 2014I was hired as a Senior Ad Production Coordinator and performed many tasks related to managing the material delivery for print campaigns. As the contact for creative teams for clients as well as publishers, I worked to ensure art was delivered on time and in accordance with industry standard specifications. In a secondary role, I worked alongside Marketing to create white papers, recruitment videos, ad consultations, inner-office marketing material, website, logo, and corporate collateral.

I was hired in a coordinator role and promoted twice during my tenure at Novus. I managed the material process related to print campaigns (newspaper and magazine) for numerous accounts. I also oversaw shipping and delivery for insert campaigns and acted as a liaison between printers and insert facilities. I also participated in a limited capacity on digital campaigns and provided clients pre, mid, and post campaign updates.

North Metro - Mn

I acted as the North Metro advertising sales manager, and worked closely with advertisers and printers to fulfill campaigns. Though sparingly, I worked with advertisers to create layouts.
