With over three decades of experience in higher education admissions, I have worked across both public and private sectors, gaining insights from institutions of all sizes—including two-year colleges, small liberal arts institutions, and large universities. My diverse background provides a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges and opportunities across the higher education landscape.In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. I also completed the Management Development Program (MDP) at Harvard University, where I refined my leadership and strategic planning skills. As a former President of the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC), I have actively promoted ethical practices and equal access to post-secondary education, deepening my commitment to enrollment management and student success at every level.
