• Manage research projects from development through final results presentation.• Develop surveys and research plans based on client need assessments.• Implement surveys for external and internal clients.• Analyze primary and secondary research to identify trends, correlations, or patterns.• Connect comprehensive research and detailed analyses to implications in product/service development and improvements or operational, promotional, advertising, brand, competitive, content, design, media, distribution, and pricing strategies.• Present actionable results and recommendations verbally and in written form to clients.• Benchmark leading and innovative methodologies, database advancements and research applications from industry-wide companies, leaders and resources.• Responsible in helping achieve incremental and growth revenue objectives.• Oversee segmentation analyses geared toward business and communications strategy development.
