Hired over 1000 team members on my own while also developing processes and tools to train stores on how to be self-sufficient in their key volume & seasonal recruiting peaks.Led the staffing launch of Apple Retail in Japan. Coordinated the cross-functional work of store management as well as staffing agencies, recruiters, coordinators and interpreters. Worked with local HR on labor laws, contracts and customs. Ultimately hired over 200 Japanese team members in flagship stores in Tokyo & Osaka.
