Over the past 20 years, JR has established herself as a leader of transformational talent strategies for top technology companies and consumer brands. Her work is predicated on passion and respect for her team, her candidates, and clients around the world. A Detroit-area native and proud University of Michigan grad, JR was a member of the original retail team that opened the Apple Stores in 2001. Most recently, JR was the VP of Recruiting and member of the Leadership team at Looker, which was acquired by Google Cloud for $2.6B in 2020.
