• Ensure pre and post-production documentation is acquired in the time frame indicated on the Supplier Document Requirement List (SDRL) attached to the material.
• Work as a liaison between supply chain, suppliers, quality and engineering teams when further clarification is necessary in order to clear documentation issues.
• Build strong team-driven relationships with the Document Control Team in Pune through daily communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Review the daily log of material received in goods receiving for missing documentation and expedite on priority.
