-Build strong working relationships with the suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of documentation and accurate ship dates on material.-Conduct on-site visits to the supplier for training and as needed to facilitate closure of document issues.-Be the liaison between supply chain, suppliers, quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier documentation issues.-Provide updates as defined for material delivery dates in SAP and follow the escalation and reporting process to ensure the proper level of oversight.

•Ensure pre and post-production documentation is acquired in the time frame indicated on the Supplier Document Requirement List (SDRL) attached to the material.•Work as a liaison between supply chain, suppliers, quality and engineering teams when further clarification is necessary in order to clear documentation issues.• Build strong team-driven relationships with the Document Control Team in Pune through daily communication and follow up on assigned tasks.•Review the daily log of material received in goods receiving for missing documentation and expedite on priority.
