With over 10 years of experience in the field service industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support for Precor's World Class Fitness Products. I have a strong background in supervising and supporting field service operations, monitoring and auditing contracted service providers, collecting KPI data, and managing escalation cases. I am also proficient in tracking workload and identifying hiring needs, conducting interviews and hiring technicians as required. As a Field Service Manager at Precor, I aim to align my mission and values with the company's vision and culture, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.In my current role, I am instrumental in developing and refining the scope of the Field Service program, ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
