I engage in a routine of recruiting activities which include but are not limited to:Sourcing resumes on all assigned jobs using job boards, networking sites, referrals, etc. to find high-quality candidates whose skills, qualifications and personality best match the job description specified by the client.Utilizing knowledge of multiple sources to develop and execute efficient and cost effective recruiting strategies for sourcing qualified candidates.Pre-screening and interviewing candidates and applying selection criteria and using of behavioral interview techniques.Coordinating the interview and hiring process to include: interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.Preparing documentation related to potential leads and candidate assessments; utilizing and maintaining related files and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.Recruitment Software System/s: Salesforce
