I attribute my passion for business improvement – continually driving operational and process excellence – to the success of my career in the financial services industry. As an Advisory Partner and Banking Industry Lead with KPMG I support lead partners and account teams in growing engagement with the firm’s top banking clients. Spearheading a strategy around client needs, my team has transformed product and service delivery through a focus on data, compliance, internal audit, technology, platform, cloud, risk and cyber. Earlier in my career, I spent 17 years with Bank of America in a variety of leadership positions. As the bank’s first Executive to be Six Sigma Black Belt certified I played a key role in helping Bank of America become one of the most successful process driven organizations in the world. I subscribe to the belief that good leaders are good coaches and am dedicated to instilling the behaviors development techniques and communication needed to help others be successful. Throughout my career I’ve assisted numerous peers in evaluating their strengths, recognizing potential obstacles and identifying paths for personal growth. I truly enjoy this part of my work and apply the same dedication as a coach and Roundtable Facilitator with Halftime Institute, helping leaders align themselves with new opportunities and callings in the second half of life.
