• Work closely with project managers/coordinators, sales persons, functional managers, practice leads and the technical resources within Softchoice and its partners to ensure the scheduling of technical resources in support of project and pre-sales requirements across North America• Be the subject matter expert on how to improve and scale process throughout the organization• Coordinate & manage the schedules of North American technical resources, including the on-call schedule • Produce and update resource schedule on ongoing basis • Ensure utilization of billable resources is aligned with corporate policies • Work with new employees to ensure their onboarding requirements are planned appropriately • Maintain a skills matrix for Services & Solutions • Provide training to staff members requiring the ability to request resources on the scheduling process and the use of the designated software • Recommend policy or procedural revisions that will improve ability to coordinate resources more effectively and efficiently • Manage escalations associated with resource constraints • Manage Services & Solutions requirements to maintain vendor certifications • Work with new employees to ensure their onboarding requirements are planned appropriately • Maintain a skills matrix for Services & Solutions • Work with Sales & Services teams to ensure proper education to ensure process consistency. • Work with Business Improvements team to improve business process and tools to allow the team and the process to scale with the business• Generate various ad hoc reports as requested and assigned by PS management • Provide weekly utilization forecasts based on both planned and unplanned work • Participate in Utilization / Team reviews on a monthly basis • Provide utilization forecasting to Practice Leads

Developed and grew Partner relationships.Responsible for developing processes and procedures which would ultimately increase revenue and profit. Maintained the team’s internal portal which contained all data, stats, Partner information as well as training and processes. Processed pricing quotes for Partners and provided suggested markups to their clients. Together with my team we grew the Partner business to 150 million in sales in 6 years.
