Current- Winner of 2022 Codey Award for appearing on the most listened-to Salesforce Developer Podcast of the year, speaking about my experience with open source- Panelist at Salesforce's 2022 Open Source conference (internal)- Architects widely reusable software patterns with excellent DX - both for declarative and code-based users - which are being used throughout Salesforce across multiple teams and divisions, as well as externally- Mentor teammates, colleagues & customers on the development lifecycle, CI/CD, and proper usage of tooling- Uses mob/ensemble programming to create strong and resilient teams that, together with collective ownership, deliver frequent, iterative improvements at the cutting edge of Salesforce development- Works together with our product owner, team leads, and stakeholders to refine our products' visions; create stories for and progressively improve upon our technical debt whenever possible (particularly when future deliverables' would be jeopardized!)- Maintain a strong presence within the Salesforce free and open source (FOSS) community, ensuring our partners and customers have access to excellent building blocks when it comes to platform customization- Support Salesforce engineering teams worldwide through the creation and maintenance of applications that boost team agile health and performance, including applications that tap into the power of generative AI to create force multipliers between individuals and teams through personalized feedback creation
