With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a seasoned and strategic product leader who specializes in pharmacy benefit management (PBM). I hold the Fellow, Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certifications, demonstrating my expertise and skills in the field. Currently, I am a Senior Implementation Manager at nirvanaHealth, a leading provider of cloud-based PBM solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize medication management and health outcomes.In my role, I lead a team of product managers and analysts, driving the execution of the product roadmap and achieving all key milestones on time and within budget. I conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and inform product strategy. I also identify and implement process improvements that streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, I oversee end-to-end implementation of Medicare, Commercial, and Exchange Pharmacy plans, encompassing requirement gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and successful Go-Live phase. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve medication affordability and adherence, ultimately leading to better health outcomes for our clients and their members.
