OXAB is an international charity which sends volunteers to work with children and refugees in Eastern Europe, and supports long-terms projects there. My role involved recruiting, interviewing and training both volunteers and committee members, as well as liaising with fellow trustees and partner charities. During my time in charge I made changes to ensure OXAB’s future sustainability and created a new project in Kosovo.

I was part of a team responsible for a fleet of 17 punts throughout the season. We had to forge good relations with other college departments and manage the day to day running and upkeep of the fleet.
