We are also developing strategic partnerships with industry content providers to supplement our comprehensive portfolio where it alligns with our content goals. Leading the development of a high growth Web and Mobile Digital Dispatching Solution for Enterprise customers in the underserved, and ripe for disruption, Hauling/Construction industry.

Prior to Covid, I was having fun working at this mission-driven startup in the nascent micro-mobility industry. Along with an awesome squad of developers, I helped build out a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform with mobile capabilities to support best in class Operations Teams maintain fleets of distributed vehicles, and enable these teams to find, manage and deploy these assets so that consumers could ultimately enjoy them.This helped ease congestion, reduced CO2 emissions, got folks out of their cars and made for more vibrant downtowns, campuses and corporate/real estate facilities. These vehicles were wicked fun to ride too! I enjoyed managing this platform leveraging Web, Mobile, Machine Learning and IoT technologies, whilst also doing something truly worthwhile.

Ensured new Cloud initiative had necessary functionality to support customers migrating from on-premise solution.Selected accomplishments:• Developed product roadmap in support of the ‘Move to the Cloud’ initiative which resulted in 6 Enterprise accounts going live in Summer of 2018.• Participated in sprint planning and execution activities, managing individual releases, conducting training and communicating across a broad enterprise-wide stakeholder community to ensure successful launches.• Designed new web-based cross product team initiative that will result in an innovative mobile solution to better support Legal Firm’s business development needs.

Developed Assessment strategy and led team to build authoring tools to create impactful assessments and to support platform convergence.Selected accomplishments:• Directed development, using agile methodologies, delivering external facing authoring tools for beta testing in early 2018.• Identified and worked with personas to unmask requirements, and created end-to-end MVP with prototypes for users to iterate on.• Collaborated extensively with internal stakeholders as well as external users, developing unifying vision for assessments, as well as building and managing short and long-term roadmap.

Served in ideation role to fundamentally redesign high enrollment courses to be compelling for students.Selected accomplishments:• Promoted from within company to develop strategies and lead ideation and design for 3 innovative and disruptive Higher Ed’ Course solutions, converting ambivalent users to evangelists along the way. • Conducted deep ethnographic research and performed rapid concept iteration with newly developed key personas, attaining overwhelmingly positive reaction to these new digital courses.• Recruited, managed, led, and motivated dedicated teams and Advisory Board with multi-million-dollar budget, developing content and features that ultimately contributed to enterprise-wide platform roadmap.

Operated as interface between editorial product teams and development organization.Selected accomplishments:• Redesigned, with internal stakeholder involvement, select scientific courses, so they could be effectively delivered on new learning platform, creating more impactful courses and introducing learning science into the delivery methodology.• Developed and launched 2 iPad math games, the company's first attempt at delivering engaging gamification App's to the market.• Conducted ethnographic research with students and instructors, and developed and validated product requirements and concept prototypes, supporting compelling online learning / teaching experiences.
