- Overall management of Logistics arrangements covering Marine bulk - Shipments & 3rd Party Storage facilities in Asia Pacific Region.- Managing of Contract Of Affreightment(COA) term contracts with Owners like Stolt , Tokoyo Marine and SU Navigation for shipments From US, France and Asia Pacific Region.- Negotiate and fix vessels for Spot chartering of Chemical Tankers for shipments in Asia. - Coordinating & overseeing all loading and discharge operations at various terminals in Asia Pacific Region. - Negotiating & arranging for Liquid Bulk Chemical Storage arrangements- Managing loading & discharge operations of isotanks, at 3rd party storage terminals.- Assist and participate in Distribution Activity Compliance(DAC) Review Protocol audits for 3rd party storage terminals.- Participate and co-ordinate in Product Stewardship and Responsible Care Protocols.- Co-ordinate product registration for Marpol with all parties concerned, prior to shipping cargoes in Marine Bulk vessels. Arranging for disposal of prewash slops after discharging of cargoes in line with IMO Annex II regulations. - Liaise and co-ordinate with customers for marine bulk shipments.- Manage and co-ordinate transition of products for customers in Asia Pacific Region.- Operating all of the above activities in line with Corporations 10 tenets of Operational Excellence for a safe , reliable and efficient operations.RECOGNITION: President’s Award for successfully negotiating and putting in place a new COA term contract with new Owners for shipments in Asia Pacific Region. This new contract has resulted in substantial cost savings for the Organization.

Overseeing all loading and discharge operations at various terminals in Asia Pacific Region. Liquid Bulk Chemical Storage arrangements in Singapore, Malaysia and Korea. Drawing up Letter of Credits(LC) and negotiating with Banks for conclusion of deals with documents presented as per LC requirements. Negotiating contracts with Customers and Suppliers. Monitoring Inventories for holding cargoes and same to make arrangements to replenish stocks. Invoicing and following up for payment details with Customers. AccomplishmentsSetting up of cost effective Supply Chain Infrastructure for chemical distribution in Asia Pacific Region.

Cargoes managed include Crude, Petroleum Products, Petrochemicals and Gases for customers.Accomplishments Developed the Chemical & Gas Inspection Procedures in Singapore and Asia Pacific Region.Setting up the Chemical & Gas Inspection Department in Singapore.

Job Scope : Process and production Control of C1 to C6 cargoes produced In the Upstream Plant , Cold Section.Accomplishments - Pioneered the first start up of first Petrochemical start up in Singapore.
