My name is Simon Brazier and I am a Director at Open Road Associates (ORA) Ltd. ORA has a team of consultants and associates with a well-deserved reputation for their experience and knowledge of Highway Legislation and Highway Authority requirements. In that time i worked in the Development Management Team, where I progressed S278/S38 Agreements, and my latest role was as a Network Officer in the Network Management team where I was responsible for coordinating streetworks, incidents and planned events on the Public Highway.
