• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers throughout multiple business units. Advise VP’s, Directors and Managers on recruiting strategies, pipeline reporting, negotiating offers (internally and externally) and interviewing skills/feedback sessions.• Full cycle recruiting for all levels of sales professionals (from Lead Generation to Sales Directors), Product Management, Project Management, Enterprise Architects/Assessment Consultants, Sales Engineers, Web Scale Engineers, Corporate Development, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Director and Senior Manager level positions across the business.• Work as a liaison between HRBP, HR Generalist, Compensation, and Hiring Managers.• Identify candidates through innovative sourcing, referrals, and applicants to our website.• Created, organized and implemented Invitation Only Sales Job Fairs in order to increase volume of candidates to Hiring Managers within sales organization (held events on a regular basis, either monthly or bi-monthly).
