• Completed imaging project to update over 200 Windows 7 machines to Windows 10; created image through Sysprep to clone images onto PC and laptops via Clonezilla
• Installed apps and encryption software to encrypt hard drive on laptops using Bitlocker, Trend Micro, and Druva
• Configured new computers to be ready for use by employees, installed applications including Anti-Virus, SysAid, Cisco, AnyConnect, Druva, and Email; tested applications to ensure smooth transition
• Presented regular Imaging Project updates during departmentwide meetings
• Updated asset inventory with pricing and purchase date information for new computers, developed a document to track assets that were updated or not present in the system

THON is the largest student run philanthropy in the world raising donation for pediatric cancer. Managed the outdoor events and projects for raising funds for the cause. Raised $27,700 along with Penn State Lehigh Valley students, faculty, and staff to be donated to the Four Diamonds Fund, resulting to support treatment and research for pediatric cancer.

Rise is the club that raises awareness and voice against human trafficking. Managed all the events to bring the awareness on the problem of human trafficking and raise the funds to help the victims through donating it to VAST (Voice against Sex Trafficking). Introduced RISE Talk sessions to bring the speakers and aware the students on the different.

Served in the SGA Facilities committee to provide the best facilities to our students throughout the campus. Attended Commonwealth Campus Student Government Meetings (CCSG) at University Park to voice the necessities of students and pass the legislation for helping them. Attended Capitol Day and had a meeting with senators and representatives discussing.

Represent our campus as its Ambassador and welcome the interested or new accepted students. Give students and their guardians tour of the campus and help them be comfortable in their transition to the Penn State environment.
