I am an accomplished entrepreneur, leader, and coach with over 30 years of business experience working for both large corporations and small enterprises. I co-founded Analyze Consulting, a management consulting company that serves clients in South Africa and the United Kingdom.My background includes a range of leadership positions in the consulting, financial services, and information technology industries, all supported by a natural coaching leadership style.As a Founding Partner and Executive Director of Analyze Consulting, I have been involved in all facets of creating and leading a business - from start-up to established business. My passion for understanding and solving business problems through a combination of people, process, and technology are a cornerstone of the Analyze Consulting value proposition.My work is centered around values and purpose, and I place importance on relationships, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of my life. This is underpinned by my genuine interest in people and the significant role they play in bringing process and technology together.Ongoing learning is central to my philosophy of leadership and team development, and it plays a significant role in my approach to coaching teams. I have recently completed an MPhil degree in Leadership Coaching from Stellenbosch University, have a BCom (Hons) degree in Information Systems from UCT, and hold a Licentiate Diploma: Banking from the Institute of Bankers. I have also obtained a Diploma in Business Systems Analysis from Faculty Training.
