Her team's scope includes new and sustaining product, customer, field, supplier and process quality, plus the quality management system and regulatory compliance.

Her team worked closely with the multiple functions at HSM and managed the deployment of the business change and the SAP application implementation for North America and Europe. During Dawn's tenure both core SAP ERP and CRM functionality were deployed resulting in approximately 75% of the business revenue being conducted on a single ERP platform.

As part of the start up team she was responsible for designing, launching and improving the ACS corporate SAP deployment methodology. During her time in this role the methodology was used by 50 plus projects, enabling approximately $8 billion in revenue and 16,000 end users to move onto SAP from 2007 to 2012.
