Hired to develop the updated Emergency Outage and Operations Manual for PGE's Government Affairs Department.• Conducted a SWOT analysis of the Government Affairs Department's previous Manual to determine required updates to make it current and effective. • Collaborated with key stakeholders to conduct a review of current policies and procedures, then implementing strategic modifications to ensure operational resiliency.• Identified areas to increase response-time efficiencies by eliminating redundant procedures, resulting in a more condensed, streamlined plan of action.

Project management of Precision Countertop’s residential home builder accounts and other large-scale commercial developments.Key responsibilities included: • Point of contact for commercial projects, working with general contractors, sub-contractors, and building owners.• Project-by-project product procurement and logistics, and supply management for the duration of a contract.• Oversight of both in-house and sub-contractor employees.• Development of project specific cost-saving strategies for clients.• Operational coordination of material production, scheduling and cost-savings procedures.
