Assigned to pilot resort yachts to and from resort hotels, while providing a positive engaging and interactive experience with guest and maintain guest safety and service levels throughout. Loading, unloading guests and belongings, and keep record of passenger manifest for the vessel. Maintaining cleanliness of yachts and work areas during operations. Inspecting yachts and work areas for service issues and reporting promptly to appropriate personnel. Resolve guest situations when required and maintain clear and understandable radio calls throughout operations. Keeping pace with the operation and rotations of vessel to maintain an effective quick and safe service for our guests.

Working primarily infield as a Navigation Client QC representative for various clients primarily On Geophysical survey vessels. Act as the offshore project manager reporting back to the Clients on land project manager, continually updating the progress and quality of the ongoing survey through out. As well as acting as an offshore representative I provide a third party quality control checks on behalf of the client. Singleton Hospital Pharmacy Department,Swansea. Duties included:Assisting the pharmacist, and technician to successfully run the aseptic pharmacy laboratory ( Clean Room ), conduct daily stock checks, orders, and execute the daily sterilisation of isolators, stock and drugs. General maintenance of the laboratory. As well as this we had to work as a close team to ensure top quality service for our patients.
